Rates:

Prices do not include state and county taxes

Sassafras Hill is available for rent year round, must be 21 years old or older

Lodging:

Sunday – Thursday

• $100.00 for 1-2 people per night
  
• $25.00 each additional person up to 6

Friday – Saturday

• $125.00 for 1-2 people per night
  
• $35.00 each additional person up to 6

Camping:

Primitive Camp Site, $10.00 per night
Tent, truck or non-electrical campers. Tables provided, fire pits & trash pick-up.

 

Electrical Hook-up Camp Site, $20.00 per night

Camping site facilities include fire pit, trash bens and outdoor tables provided. Bring your own chairs. Inquire about extended camper parking.

Methods of Payment: cash or check

Expectations:

• Wash & put away dishes
• Wipe off counter and stove
• Sweep floor
• Put towels in laundry basket located in laundry room (sun porch)
• Change clothes if using “hunting scent” before sitting on fabric furniture: bed, couch, upholstered chairs, etc.
• Separate burnable items from non-burnable in appropriate containers
• You are NOT expected to remove the bedding
• NO PETS
• NO SMOKING
